Day 1: Arrival & Riverside Relaxation

  • 12:00 PM – Arrive at Vihangama Holiday Retreat and check-in. Welcome drink & resort briefing.

  • 1:30 PM – Enjoy a delicious Malnad-style lunch with local delicacies.

  • 3:00 PM – Explore the Tunga Riverfront (riverside walk, photography, or relaxation).

  • 4:30 PM – Evening snacks & coffee at the riverside café.

  • 5:30 PM – Visit Rama Mantapa by the Tunga River (historical significance).

  • 7:00 PM – Return to the resort for a bonfire session (seasonal).

  • 9:00 PM – Enjoy a cozy dinner under the stars.

Day 2: Adventure & Sightseeing

  • 6:30 AM – Wake up early for boating/kayaking in the Tunga River (seasonal).

  • 7:30 AM – Breakfast with fresh local specialties.

  • 8:30 AM – Visit Kuppalli (Kavimane & Kavishaila) – Birthplace of Kuvempu.

  • 11:00 AM – Explore Kavaledurga Fort (light trek with panoramic views).

  • 1:30 PM – Return to the resort for lunch & relaxation.

  • 3:30 PM – Drive to Agumbe Rainforest:

    • Jogi Gundi Falls (easy trek).

    • Onake Abbi Falls (moderate trek).

    • Agumbe Sunset Point (if the weather permits).

  • 6:30 PM – Return to the resort for evening snacks & coffee.

  • 8:00 PM – Campfire with music (optional).

  • 9:00 PM – Dinner with a variety of Malnad dishes.

Day 3: Nature & Departure

  • 7:30 AM – Breakfast at the resort.

  • 8:30 AM – Visit Mandagadde Bird Sanctuary (great for bird lovers).

  • 10:30 AM – Return to resort, freshen up, pack up, and check out.

  • 12:00 PM – Depart with beautiful memories.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Management believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. 

Under this policy

On Cancelation, any Advance* paid towards booking amount towards Riverside 1 & 2 bed room villa, Deluxe Cottage, Standard Cottage OR Bunker Cottage will not be refunded,

In the meantime, Resort Management will issue a Credit Note which is valued for 1year form the booking Date.

Any advance Paid towards Food OR Rides is strictly not refundable.

* Generally 100% Advance will be taken as Booking Amount towards Room Charges.
