The resort is a unique blend of adventure and culture created for tourism of Karnataka. This is the first of its kind in Karnataka. The project is in its first phase being developed in an area of four acres of land. It is 6 Kms. away from Kushalnagar on Somwarpete road.
Project consists of conventional adventure activities like rope ladders, sky walk, rope bridge, climbing walls, tarzan swings, tree houses etc..
