Tariff
Rs 5,000/- per couple per day, extra person Rs 2,300/-, can accommodate 5 adults in one spacious room
Rs 2,200/- per person per day for a group size above 10 adults
Children between 5 & 12 years of age: Rs 1,200/-
Driver/maid charges Rs 600/- per day per person
Overnight stay only between 8 pm to 8 am Rs 1,200/- per person (excluding meals)
Check-in 12 noon; Check-out 11 am

Tariff includes all meals starting with lunch, evening snacks with tea/coffee, dinner and next day breakfast, Malnad cuisine vegetarian and non vegetarian food served for lunch and dinner.
NOTE:
- Bookings are confirmed on 50% payment in advance through bank transfers
- Cancellation fifteen days before check in date 50% of advance shall be refunded after which no refunds
