The extra bed charges is Rs. 3500/- net with breakfast and extra bed and Children below 6 yrs is complementary and between (6-12yrs ) would be Rs. 2500/- per kid per night.

Package Details:

• Check in - 1:00 PM. Check out - 10:00 AM
• Welcome drink on arrival.
• Accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner & all taxes.

• Use of indoor games (billiards, table tennis, carom, chess and foosball).
• Use of Kid Zone area.
• Visit to Mullayangiri (On request).

Resort Policy:

• The Primary Guest check in must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.
• It is mandatory for all guest to present valid photo identification at the time of check in. Pan Card is not considered as a valid photo identity in terms of Hotel/Resort check in.
• The inclusion of Extra Bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an Extra Bed.
• Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the resort.
• The standard check in time is 1 PM local time and the standard check out time is 11 AM local time.
• It will be at the discretion of Trivik Chikmagalur to lay a Buffet or offer TDH/Alacarte menu.
• The Resort reserves the Right of Admission. Accommodation can be denied to guest posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check in.
• Right of admission reserved.
• Booking cannot be cancelled on or after the check in date and time mentioned in the Resort Confirmation Voucher.

Resort Cancellation Policy:

• Confirmed dates/days may be altered, cancelled or cut short only if intimation in writing reaches the company within the below mentioned period respectively.
• Cancellation policy for bookings less than 10 Rooms:
• 30 days prior to the check in date, 100% refund of the package value.
• 15 days prior to the check in date, 80% refund of the package value.
• Within 15 days prior to the check in date, no refund.
• Cancellation policy for bookings of 10 Rooms and above (Groups):
• 30 days prior to the check in date, 100% refund of the package value.
• Within 30 days prior to the check in date, no refund.
• No Refund in case of NO SHOW.
