Reservation Guarantee:

  • All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of full advance payment.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfers or by credit card authorizations. Bank details and/or credit card authorization forms will be sent upon confirmation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • NO cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is canceled 15 (fifteen) days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If the reservation is canceled within 15 to 07 days of the date of arrival, one night's applicable tariff will be levied as retention charges.
  • If the reservation is canceled within 07 (seven) days of the date of arrival, the entire applicable tariff will be levied as retention charges.
