CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Attention
Vihangama Holiday Retreat (VHR) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy
On Cancelation any Advance* paid towards booking amount towards Riverside 1 & 2 bed room villa, Deluxe Cottage, Standard Cottage OR Bunker Cottage will not be refunded,
In the meantime Guest can Pay another 50% OR Full payment for which Vihangama Holiday Retreat (VHR) will issue Credit Note which is valued for 1year form the booking Date.
Any advance Paid towards Food OR Rides is strictly not refundable.
* Generally 50% Advance will be taken as Booking Amount toward Riverside 1 & 2 bed room villa, Deluxe Cottage, Standard Cottage OR Bunker Cottage.
