  • Mullaynagiri trek in Chikmagalur

Mulianagiri hills are one of the top sightseeing places in Chikmagalur. We were planning to visit Mulianagiri during the lockdown period. Once the doors of Chikmagalur tourism opened our team started jolting the itinerary for the Chikmagalur trip. If you are a nature lover who loves to travel to a place and relax then Chikmagalur is the perfect destination. In Chikmagalur, Mulianagiri is the perfect destination for exploring trekking and rejuvenation options.

You must know that Mulianagiri is not the only popular sightseeing but Bababudangiri and Muthodi forest regions are also awesome. You need at least 2 nights and 3 days to cover Chikmagalur sightseeing places completely. Yes, you can do a weekend trip for just 1 night and 2 days also but you can cover limited places only.

We were a team of 15 people with 25 different ideas about going for a trip. We could not arrive at a sensible conclusion if not it was TravelMalnad.com. One of the team members bumped on this fantastic portal by Malnad guys. The trip planner to Malnad became fun for all of us where we could explore many more options than we originally thought. The travel expert Mr. Sharath who guided us in detailed planning helped us save a lot of money while booking.

We all were skeptical about this 10-year-old holiday company, assuming them as one another travel agency. Once we started talking to the expert team then we realize all our friends and family visiting Malnad must contact them. Travel Malnad® doesn’t charge anything for giving itinerary or to book Chikmagalur homestays. We have spoken to them endlessly but they have very patiently listened to all our points.

Our host was waiting for us to serve the sumptuous meal that we all wanted to refresh ourselves. The host was like our extended family member and almost in no time we all were feeling comfortable just like our friend’s home.

    Day 2

We have planned for doing trekking to Mulianagiri along with our host’s professional guide. Mulianagiri trekking will take only 3 to 4 hours but we had a breathtaking experience.
